At Bee Yoga Fusion, we offer a diverse range of classes designed for all experience levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find a class that supports your goals and meets your needs. All of our classes are offered both in-person at the studio and online via Zoom.
We are a welcoming, LGBTQ+ and larger-body-friendly studio where everyone is encouraged to practice in a supportive, judgment-free environment. All are welcome—just bring an open heart and leave the politics at the door.

All-Levels Yoga Flow
Our Signature Style: Vinyasa
Looking to move, build strength, and increase flexibility? This class links breath with movement in a flowing sequence of poses. It moves at a steady pace, faster than the other classes offered, with a focus on balance, core strength, and flexibility. Expect to feel energized and more connected to your body by the end of class.

Bee Strong & Balanced
Strength Training for Every Body – Mindful. Adaptable. Empowering.
Whether you’re new to weights or ready to challenge yourself, this class meets you where you are. Using hand weights and functional movements, we focus on building whole-body strength while improving balance and flexibility—all with a mindful, yoga-inspired approach.

Chakra Flow & Reiki Meditation
Balance Your Energy, Body, and Mind
This unique class blends gentle movement, meditation, and Reiki healing to help you feel more balanced, grounded, and restored. We begin with a guided Reiki meditation to set an intention and connect with your inner energy. Using oracle cards, we’ll explore which chakra needs attention that day, then flow through a yoga sequence designed to align and energize that specific chakra. The class concludes with a long, restorative meditation infused with Reiki, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed.

Personal Training Group Class
Full-Body Strength & Conditioning
Looking for a personalized workout with the motivation of a group? This dynamic class features a variety of fitness stations designed to build strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall fitness. Depending on the workout, you may use equipment such as a Pilates Reformer machine, ballet barre, TRX suspension trainer, free weights, aerobic stepper, captain’s chair, and parallel bars to target different muscle groups and challenge your body in new ways.
You’ll receive individualized guidance and modifications to ensure exercises are tailored to your abilities and goals, making this class accessible for all fitness levels.
