It’s all about you!
Personal Training
Are you tired of workout programs that shame you into results?
Let’s move away from “after” pictures and goal weights and instead focus on creating the habit of moving your body more each week.
I approach personal training with a focus on functional movement, creating exercises to promote a healthy lifestyle by fusing strength training, mobility, and balance exercises for various ages and physical and developmental abilities. I work with adults, teens, and families to reach their wellness goals.
Gretchen has a unique approach to personal training. She combines the most effective facets of functional training, high-intensity intervals (HIIT), strength, flexibility, mobility, and conditioning exercises to create stations in the studio to work your whole body in one session.
Whole Body Workout
feel energized!
Using a variety of equipment: dumbells, resistance bands, TRX suspension trainer, Bosu ball, parallel bars for calisthenics exercises, and also movements using only your body weight. Each session provides various exercises and equipment so your body never gets bored.
Specialized Training
All are welcome!
With extensive experience working with specialized populations, including but not limited to larger-bodied individuals, teenagers, LGBTQ+, and individuals with diagnoses of Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, autism, and dementia. Gretchen creates workout routines that benefit the needs of her clients, meeting them where they are and providing a safe and inclusive environment.
Family Workouts
accountability under the same roof!
Find accountability buddies within your household. Families or friends, a maximum of 3 people, are welcome to work out together in a semi-private personal training session. Get the same great benefits of personal training with the added motivation of doing it with people you love! Everyone leaves feeling good in their bodies!
