You should feel 80% of your weight to be in your hands. With your shoulders dropping into their sockets and shoulder blades laying flat along your back.
While in your headstand check in with yourself and that is when you’ll discover an amazing awareness in your headstand that wasn’t there before because you were once rushing to the end result.
Allow the process to be the goal.
