How it works:

Working together, we create movement plans to incorporate healthy habits into your life for you to follow, and we dive deeper into your relationship with food using mindfulness.
I believe in looking at you as a whole person. We can’t fix the diet without understanding why you are stress eating in the first place. We will discuss how it affects your life right now, whether it’s because of marriage problems, childrearing, or work. We will uncover why you aren’t motivated to work out. Maybe there are toxic people in your life that you need to take a break from so that you can surround yourself with positivity while on this journey. I’ll guide you compassionately through making your wellness a priority!
