October 2026 – May 2027
First Monday of the month at 7:15 PM
Bee Yoga Fusion or Zoom
You spend so much of your life taking care of everything and everyone else. Once a month, this space is for you.
Nourish is a small, supportive group coaching experience for women who want to slow down, check in with themselves, and have honest conversations about the lives they’re actually living.
No pretending you have it all figured out.
No homework to complete before you arrive.
No pressure to fix yourself.
Just meaningful conversation, thoughtful reflection, connection, and a place to put down some of what you’ve been carrying so that you can focus on creating the life you desire.

When was the last time someone asked how you were doing…and you actually had time to answer?
Life can become very full.
Work. Family. Relationships. Aging parents. Adult children. Your body changing. Decisions about what comes next. The mental load of remembering all the little things no one else seems to notice.
You can have a good life and still feel tired.
You can be grateful and still want something to change.
You can be strong and capable and still need a place where you don’t have to be either of those things for an hour.
That’s why I created Nourish.

You Don’t Need to Be in Crisis to Want Something More
Maybe nothing is terribly wrong. But lately you’ve been asking yourself different questions.
Who am I now?
What do I actually want?
Why am I still doing things that no longer feel like me? And why am I so tired?
Where did I go in the middle of taking care of everyone else? What would happen if I stopped doing what was expected and started paying attention to what I need?
Nourish Life Coaching Group gives those questions somewhere to go.
You don’t have to answer them all.
You don’t even have to know exactly what you’re looking for.
You simply need to be curious enough to show up.

Hi, I’m Gretchen
I’m an ICF-certified Health & Life Coach, 500-hour E-RYT yoga instructor, personal trainer and the owner of Bee Yoga Fusion.
My work centers around helping people move away from burnout, reconnect with themselves, establish healthier boundaries and build lives that feel sustainable rather than simply productive.
I believe meaningful change doesn’t always happen because someone gives us the perfect answer.
Often, it begins when someone asks us the right question and gives us enough space to hear our own answer.
That’s the kind of space I want Nourish to be.

What Happens at a Nourish Gathering?
Each month, I’ll guide our group through reflection, coaching questions and conversation designed to help you step outside the noise of everyday life and hear yourself a little more clearly.
- Reflect on where you are right now
- Talk honestly about what feels difficult, complicated, or unfinished
- Explore what you want more of in your life
- Notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck
- Hear perspectives from other women navigating their own seasons of change
- Practice listening without immediately fixing, advising, or solving
- Leave with something to think about, rather than another list of things you “should” be doing
Sometimes the most powerful moment in the room is hearing another person say: “Me too.”
This is the best investment you’ll ever make for your soul.
Questions? I have answers!
Do I have to attend every month?
Life happens, and the hybrid option is designed to make continued participation easier. Because the strength of Nourish comes from the relationships we build together, I encourage participants to attend consistently whenever possible.
Can I attend entirely through Zoom?
No. Every participant must attend at least one gathering in person before accessing the virtual option. Nourish is built around trust and connection, and meeting one another in person helps create the emotional safety that allows deeper conversations to happen.
Why do cameras have to be on during Zoom?
When we’re discussing personal experiences and emotions, seeing one another matters. Cameras help everyone feel that the people in the room and the people joining virtually are equally present in the conversation.
Is Nourish therapy?
No. Nourish is a facilitated group life coaching experience. We use reflection, coaching questions, and group conversation to explore your life, priorities, habits, relationships and personal growth. It is not a substitute for mental health treatment or therapy.
Do I need to share personal things?
You decide what you share. There is never pressure to disclose something you aren’t comfortable discussing. Sometimes participating means talking. Sometimes it means listening.
Do I need to be a Bee Yoga Fusion member?
No. You do not need to attend yoga classes or have a Bee Yoga Fusion membership to participate in Nourish.
Eight months.
One evening each month.
A small circle of women.
And a little more space to hear your own voice beneath all the noise.
