Monday
- 5:15pm All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Flow: Linking breath to the movement, we build strength and increase flexibility and stability while quieting the mind. This is a flow class; intensity level & personal style vary by each unique teacher. Open to all students—60-minute class.
- 6:30pm Soulful Yoga Flow: This all-levels flow yoga class has a slower pace with longer intentional stretches. Soulful Yoga Flow incorporates heart-opening movements and thoughtful, insightful, and encouraging inspiration from the instructor. Both physically satisfying and internally focused, go ahead and fall in love with Soulful Yoga Flow- we have! 60-minute class.
Tuesday
- 6:15pm Gentle Yoga: Free your body of long-held stress and tension and assist the nervous system in finding a calm, peaceful state of being in this gentle yoga class. We stay on the ground and hold postures longer; the surrender is deeper while incorporating core strengthening exercises.
* This is NOT a flow class. Great for beginners to intermediate students. 45-minute class. - 7pm Pilates Fusion: The best low-impact way to build core strength is through Pilates! This is a fusion of Pilates, and an all-levels flow yoga class to tune into the mind-body connection. Relieve back pain and improve posture, making daily activities more manageable and less strenuous. This is an all-level class; beginner students to advanced athletes will see results in their posture, strengthening their back muscles and abdominals—60-minute class. *Pregnant students should avoid this class due to the focus on the core.
Wednesday

- 6:30pm Strength & Stretch: In this 45-minute Strength class, we take a mindfulness approach to building strength in our whole bodies using hand weights and functional movement exercises. Incorporating stretches between sets and closing out the class with seated meditation. A yoga mat and dumbbells are needed for class. 45-minute class. Open to all levels, including beginners.

Saturday
- 8am Small Group Personal Training: Experience the benefits of total body conditioning at Bee Yoga Fusion with small group personal training. Various fitness stations are created around the room, and every client works at an individual station for a set period before moving to the next station. The stations are each different to achieve a whole-body workout. Each individual receives personal attention and the ability to modify the movements or increase the intensity of the exercise for each student’s body and goals, truly creating a personalized experience with the accountability and camaraderie that a group class delivers. Open to all levels of fitness, including beginners. Wear clean tennis shoes and clothes you can exercise in. No yoga mat is needed.
