What happens in class:
- Various fitness stations are created around the room.
- Every client works at an individual station for a set period of time before moving to the next station.
- The stations are each different to achieve a whole body workout in every class. Cardio, agility, and strength training using weights and TRX suspension system.
Each individual receives personal attention and the ability to modify the movements or increase the intensity of the exercise for each student’s body and goals, truly creating a personalized experience with the accountability and camaraderie that a group class delivers.
Open to all levels of fitness, including beginners. Wear clean tennis shoes and clothes you can exercise in. No yoga mat is needed. Space is limited to 6 people, and students must register in advance—due to the small class size, there are no refunds for cancellations.
