Strength & Stretch (previously called Mindful Movement) is now offered In-person and Virtually.
In this 45-minute Strength class, we take a mindfulness approach to building strength in our whole bodies using hand weights and functional movement exercises. Incorporating stretches between sets and closing out the class with seated meditation.
A yoga mat and dumbbells are needed for class.
If you are coming to the studio, dumbbells are provided.
45-minute class. Open to all levels, including beginners.
