As we enter the season of giving thanks, join Gretchen Schock for a heart-centered workshop dedicated to cultivating gratitude and giving back. “Yoga for Gratitude” is a 90-minute experience designed to foster thankfulness in both body and mind. This workshop will explore yoga poses that open the heart, invite reflection, and allow us to give thanks for the present moment.
- Heart-Opening Yoga Poses: Flow through a series of gentle yoga poses to help you physically open the heart, release tension, and cultivate an open mindset. These poses are thoughtfully sequenced to create a feeling of expansiveness and connection.
- Gratitude Journaling Prompt: Following our yoga flow, reflect through guided journaling. Using gratitude prompts, you’ll have a chance to capture what you’re thankful for in your life and honor moments that may have gone unrecognized.
- Mindful Breathing Exercise: Close the practice with a mindful breathing exercise focused on grounding and inward reflection. This exercise will give you tools to carry a sense of calm and appreciation into the busy holiday season.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, all levels are welcome.
What to Bring: (Journal and pen for the gratitude exercise will be provided.)
- Yoga mat (mats are also available to rent at Bee Yoga Fusion)
